One of the most surprising things about Chef June is that she has never attended culinary school, worked under a celebrity chef, or received formal chef training.

Everything she cooks comes from memory, experience, and a deep connection to the food she grew up with. Coming from Southern Thailand, food was always at the centre of family life, where recipes were shared through observation, practice, and tradition rather than classrooms.

Over the years, Chef June developed an incredible understanding of flavours, ingredients, and balance. Her cooking is guided by instinct, experience, and a passion for creating authentic Thai food that stays true to its roots.

Every dish that leaves the kitchen is carefully tasted and adjusted because Chef June believes great food comes from attention to detail and genuine care.

According to him, Chef June is simply talented — and that is one of the reasons he married her. After all, finding someone who can cook authentic Southern Thai food this well is not easy!

Behind every curry, soup, stir-fry, and dessert is a chef who cooks from the heart, proving that passion and dedication can sometimes be the best teachers of all.
